My Limeworks Crestliner wheel arrived

I have one of the insulator/spring things from the original wheel I have.it is a cross between rubber & thick felt. I'll attempt to upload photos later & No it's not for sale

 

Here is the overall look dia is 3" thickness is now 5/8 , no idea what it was 60 yrs ago.

Jim , it was "stuck" to the bottom of the horn plate & sat on the "donut plate" it acted as an insulated spring. For the originals we fit an insulator on the spring , with the 40 & our column we use the spring to create conductivity for the horn relay ground.
