Bruce is right (as always) looks like a roadster cowl. If anything save that rail that goes under the gas tank lip that the lower stanchions bolt to. That part alone is like $150 in the resto catalogues. Throw it on Ebay, somebody will buy it.
You should have dragged that in a barn before posting pics. It would have been the ultimate "Barn Find" post. Great photos none the less!
