Don Ross here, I am bringing Kenny Helms with me. He has a shop called the Column Shop. Let me know what brand column you have and he could bring tools and parts to BG. Kenny's cell # 972-754-6289.

You can't argue with that kind of logic...

Yup, when I was about 14 she told me the only real motorcycle was a Harley-Davidson, everything else was just a scooter. She oughta know, she used to ride on the back of my old mans '48 Panhead.

Wow, at $800 for a steering column does it come with the special "kitchen sink" attachment?:D

Great stories guys regarding your Mothers. Gotta keep those memories alive.

Thanks Don! It's an early Caddy column, '71 I believe. Tilt and telescopic. I don't use the telescopic part at all. My turn signal lever broke off in 2002. Been doing the hand signal thing out the window ever since. My columns a mess, not sure if it's worth fixing. I guess Kenny can be the judge of that this weekend. I hit the road in 5 1/2 hours. Should I call him or are you going to handle asking him to bring tools and parts??
