... and this is my story.
Nah, just goofing. Finally joined the H.A.M.B. after a few years of procrastinating.
    I own a 1954 210 2dr PowerGlide, that needs a boat load of work.
Picked up a '58 348 Mark I some years back but the block was junk. Going with an Olds 350 or 403 backed by a TH2004R, and a Nova rearend. Currently she sits on Poncho Super Stock IIs and some rubber thats older than me.
Purchased the RBs Obsolete front MII bolt in crossmember back in '01, along with RB's rear spring/shackle kit.
Although the idea has crossed my mind when I get this thing together that it would be neat to take it to a HPDE. I have reservations with using the MII strut rod suspension in such an application.
Corner carving in a sled would be fun :D

    Pipe dreams.

Hope to learn from the the collective knowledge here.

BTW, Do any of the fellas from the Oakland, Ca. area still meet up at Sparky's in Lincoln Square.
I accidentally have run into that crowd a couple of times.

Also does anybody know if a fellow named Jim/James from Wash/Oregon, used to go by the name MQQNEYE58 on AIM years ago, is on here. He had a few choice vehicles. '67 GM P/U, an Olds powered IH, '67 Impala, and some other toys I can't think of. I think his dad had a '52 Chevy sedan.

Long shot. I need to get in contact with him if at all possible.

    Thanks!
