I saw that on eBay when it was available still. I like the "green" power engine hahaha, looked like a solid car. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford...45&_trkparms=65:3|39:1|240:1318#ht_500wt_1375 Has all the pics to the car
The trunklid seems like it's too clean to have been with the car all that time. Just the fact that it has an OG trunklid on it seems pretty rare to me. And with all the hard to find/pricey***** in place I'd say it was money well spent.
Do you have a vision of how you want to build it ?,.... what are your plans ?.... and btw Congratulations!
Nice old deuce! I don't know how he does it but my friend Bob (the seller-Torqzilla) comes up with a Deuce or two to sell about every month. He is a bloodhound with radar for finding them and about anything else that's cool!
Well thanks everyone. I bought a brookville body off the same guy for my roadster project. I will sell off the roadster body and****le with this 5 window chassis. My chassis is about done. Did it old school with 40' rear crossmember and model a front crossmember, stock k member. 49 8ba 40 trans with column shift. As you can see I have a lot of work to do. Trunk lid was not with the car, he added that. The subframe is good but will need patches. Anyone want a roadster project? LOL
nice coupe I like those! and with a flathead all right hope we can run down the track some day check out the deuce site. http://www.deuceslimited.com
I noticed in his AD that all the garnish moldings were gone in the photos. Did you get them and a firewall ? I like 32 5W's ... do not have one ... but I do like them
