    My family had a 54 Pony Chief back in 57. Don't remember much about it except that it was hotter than hell in the back seat. Mom would allow no windows down due to wind...therfore hair damage.... That was murder in South Texas in the 50's. We got a brand spanking new 57 Ford wagon with air...I was a happy trooper then.

    I have seen what "tanks inc." has to offer and others, I guess I should have said that I have looked further than the yards, but again it seems what is offered is quan***y oriented, besides costly. Wagons run the length of the frame beside the tire carrier. I have had this fuel cell for a future project, and one evening it occured to me that WTF, try it. Fits, well with work :)

    You can use any tank for a 54 Chevy. It is the same. Larry
