Nice going...........wishing you many happy Christmas', Thanksgivings, BBQ's, birthday parties and laughter... No place like home..........
Nice digs dude! Having it all at home is a real advantage. My home of many, many years is on a hillside and no way to put a shop behind the house without major excavation. So I wound up buying a shop bldg. "inna hood" across town because the price was right. But I've had to fortify it and have a sophisticated alarm system to keep the "homeys" out. The pool? that's all according to your preferences! Dave
Oh, to live in a land where insulation is not a requirement. And a pool? I have to move south! Good for you.
Congrats on the new digs. Sounds like you've married the right woman, too. May you both find much joy in your new home.
Nice place, congratulations. No point in having a pool over here, unless you're into ice skating! Jealous?Me?You bet your ****!
Yesterday the rumor and joke was that McPhail ****ed. But now I'm thinking you **** !! Man a GARAGE and a POOL !!! Very Nice Purchase Ian !!! I'm sure you and the wife will enjoy it and you have a good palce to do the fine work you put out !!! Congrads man !!! >>>>.
Looks like you're going to have some room to play and cut on cars now! My life changed when Corinne & I got a place with a real garage (and a pool)... Since everyone is chiming in with free advice, I'll do the same...give yourself access for attic/overhead storage. Trust me. Also, this probably goes without saying, but put some 220V circuits out there when you wire. Mine has 100v about every 8 feet, but no 220V (yet), so I have to sneak my extension cord into the laundry room when my wife isn't looking. Really man, congtratulations...
thanx so much for all the kind words guys were very excited! BRT, I do have an attic with a staircase the pull down, it's 4 feet tall. I'm gonna have the garage wired sick! Just need to find an electician!
