  4. Yes, Congratulations. Enter the AMERICAN DREAM! The roll up door in the back sounds like a GREAT idea.

Rad place man!I remember how stoked I was too a couple years ago.How does that AC unit work for ya?I have been thinking of getting something like that.Wish I would have before I filled up all the space.I figure one of those has to be cheaper to have than running ducting to my house unit.

It has the trifecta: garage, pool, bar. No matter what order you put them in its a winner.

Thanx man, the pool sure is a bonus!!

Thank you BP, I don't have super high dollar metal working tools , but they do the job just fine!! :)

Thanx a lot JJ!! The 53 is getting a chop for now, unfortunately the rear window is gonna be 49 Ford....I was hoping to keep the wrap around , but it's not my car!! Next will be a 4 link and rear air ride, then extend the rear 1/4's
and a whole different rear treatment!! Im stoked!!

Here's a pre-move pic i took when we were in escrow!

Thanx Meddler1, the unit seems to work pretty good. it's a 12,000 btu
and also works as a heater for winter!! I bought it off craigslist for half the price and it was in the box brand new!?!? It retails for 599$

Congrats man!!! Sure is a great feeling!!

    You bet!!!:)

Sweet ! I love all the tiki stuff. Garage is nice......Get it fixed up BEFORE you move a bunch of crap in. Trust me on this one.
