Keep the updates coming. Looks great. Nice work on the rear leafs. Are you planning to haul stuff in the bed? Just wondering about the sag when you put a couple of boards in the back. I saw what looked like only two leafs. Was that for setup?
I am building a 31 sedan with a 2.3 in it so make sure to include some engine updates too.

thanks grego31, i dont really plan on hauling to much stuff but it will hold just as much weight as a stock A. the rear springs are jeep cj front spring for the main leaf (they are really short so i could keep the wheel base and not have to much spring visable when you look at the rear at a profile view) attatched with ford ranger rear middle spring that came from the donor aswell as the shackles and rear end. its actually pretty stiff with the two leafs which surprised me. its now a roller with a cab on it also the engine and the rear has not came down hardly at all and it will only prob drop about a inch with bed and boards in it. so i think the 2 springs will be just enough so they are the ones i will use. the motor i ended up using is a 1999 ford ranger fuel injection 2.5 with automatic which is def not hamb friendly but its dependable and the hood will never come open cause i want to keep it traditional "looking".

If I have something oddball I love to make up some B.S story for the terminally gullible. This neat li'l truck conversion is screaming out for a ' super rare 1929-1/2 factory prototype that was ordered destroyed but somehow made it out intact' story - along the lines of the prototype 1930 3 window coupe which made it out of the factory - just sayin....;)

thats funny you say cause i was thinking the other day about how cool it would be to make a 3 window model A coupe and i never seen one. then i did a quick search on here and theres a dude over seas that made one with a build thread that looks AWESOME!!!!! way way more talented with metal then i could ever be.
but yea maybe i will make up some ******** story just to keep myself entertained atleast lol.

I really like this combination. I've always preferred the nose of the '28-29 A's, but your cab looks less agricultural than the familiar phone booth cab.
