1952-59 Ford my new tailight lenses

i know this aint a good pic of the back of my car . but im undecided as if i like these or not . i want something difrent . just not sure if this is it . what do yall think .

 

eehh...I was never a fan of the flat lens, but its your car!

 

Just a personal thing, I prefer flat lenses without screw, I think my dad said he Velcro'd his on or something like that.

Other than that, flat lenses are always cool, always.

I like how you orientated the screws.....

 

Put a small chrome bullet in the middle. It was very popular to run something similiar in around 59. Cool idea that no one does anymore

 

I'm not too into flat lenses either. I always liked the look of the stock '55 lens with blue dots.

 

Well I'm not too hep on those flat lenses either but doesn't mean they aren't okay.

I just kinda like Henry's good ol' B6A13450A's But that's MHO.

 

I have the flat lense in my 53 and I used the small chrome bullets in place of the screws to hold them in.

 

What looks super on a 55/56 in my opinion are the original 55/56 Merc wagon taillites, not the repops. If I could only find a nice pair without having to sell the car to be able to get them.

I like the idea of something that is you own. just need to hide the screws.

 

Just looks cheap to me especially with those screws !
Try some 55 Olds lenses , they will fit . But whatever you do you , trash those screws please !

well the screws were temporary . obviously drywall screws will rust
