Wow!!! Post up the dyno printout. Would be interesting to see the torque figures and where it makes it's power.

 

I keep the woody in kanab utah.... to hot in vegas for wooden cars..

I 've got 2 of these motors ,... both said they were 462 hp,...and came with a dyno sheet.... but now they show them as 445 hp,... if it's the same motor....

 

with street tires you have to peddle second gear or she'll get loose...

 

Ok, that makes more sense. You are quoting engine HP.
Usually the power figure used is at the wheels, so you would be in the high 300's.
Sounds like fun.

 

anyway... when I got the woody I got the engine dyno sheet...to be honest, I didn't really care what hp the motor was, long as it was a good driver... and that it is.. I think the woody guys priced their selves right out of the market... so like a member told me here..."NO ONE HERE LIKES WOODYS AND THEY AINT WOTH NOTHING"""
