For once I am going to try to get one of my photo threads going early. Please bare with me as there are a lot of photos. The Custom Car Revival is a new show, in its second year if I am not mistaken, that is restricted to traditional customs only. I was torn between going to this and the LA Roadster Show which happens at the same time. Although LARS is an incredible event, I am so happy I chose to go to this amazing and unique show. Kevin Anderson and his team put on an amazing and extremely well run event that was fun for all who attended. I recommend it very highly!

Dave Jenkins '57 Chevy WON "Participants Choice" and that's Debbie (& Kenny) Carpenter's '37 DeSoto sled (taildragger)...they are out of Fairfield, Ohio...don't remember who owned the Merc (there were plenty of them there tho) and don't know who owned the '57 Buick.

Photos look good Dan...keep 'em coming...

  26. Dan, I'll be the first to admit that I'm technologically challenged, although I was able to navigate around the last version of the HAMB without too much trouble. Nonetheless, this version has me buffaloed. I have no clue how to subscribe to a thread anymore. I certainly wud, if I knew how, just as I have in the past. I don't want to miss even one of your postings! They're too good to overlook.

Thanks Hemi j - more coming. Bowtie Coupe - on the top right of the thread - under the main title a little bit there is a little label that says "Watch Thread" which is how it is now done. I liked it better the old way too.

Here is someone's ( I forgot to snap a pic of the entry tag) way cool 55-56 homemade Ranchero

  28. Dan, do you know how to email a thread to somebody? It was easy on the old H.A.M.B. I just clicked on tools and there it was.

  29. SUBSCRIBED!!! Thanks mucho for the info. It mite have been years before I found that little notation.:D I won't be missing any of your wonderful pix now.:)

Mr. Conrad - I never even knew that existed on the old version. The only way I know is to copy the url from the browser bar and then email via regular email or create a HAMB conversation and click the link icon (7th from the left) and paste it in. I hope that helps. There probably is a way to do what you used to do,but I have no idea where.
