This was my first Lead Sled Spectacular and it definitely surpassed all my expectations for seeing cool rides. Salina was definitely hot, but the trip was well worth it.

My photo gallery of it is underway and will grow a lot for the next week or so. I have lots of pictures coming, but this will give you a taste of what is to come.

I will let you know when there are more pics added

    Thanks for looking,

    Thanks everyone,

Glad you are enjoying them. There are a ton more coming. Roughly a 100 or so. But they do take time.

Yes, amazing pics. Did you do a lot of editing? Or just camera settings?

There is a whole lot of stuff involved. First I try (LOL) to get a pretty clean pic in the first place. Many of them are HDR - ie made from multiple exposures at different lighting levels and combined by software to make one image that has better shadow and highlight detail than any of the original shots. Then I clean them up and in many cases try to do something artistic ( and sometimes crazy) with them in Photoshop and other software addins.

    Thanks,
    Dan

Great shots ! I was there all weekend, but still missed seeing some of those rides !

The KKOA/Salina Event is ALWAYS the one to see in the Summer in the Midwest.

Thanks so much everyone - glad you are enjoying them. There really are a ton more coming (including the green truck). As you can imagine, it takes quite a bit of work ( and time) to get them or at least many of them) to the state I think is good enough to go into the gallery. Darn full time job!
