Heres my story im sure some can relate, bought my truck in 1978 from my dad. Drove it my senior year 1979 all original. Flathead died folowing summer decided to put in sbc. Bought first new truck for daily driver and put ford in shed. Got married ,built house , had kids etc truck stayed in shed. I bought parts when i could and they started to pile up. fast foward 35 years frame is completed ,bodywork completed, sent to paint shop. got it back got it wired ,new wheels ,tires ,engine etc... and if all goes well after 42 years since i last drove it i hope to drive out of shop this summer. glad i never got rid of my first truck! lets hear your first ride stories
