My PM letter keeps flashing

I got a PM today and sent a reply but the flashing letter won't stop. How do I correct that?

 

Maybe you got another PM?

Have you tried looking? If its not another one, try deleting the message you got...If that don't work....Ummmmmmmmmm

 

Boy do I feel like an idiot! You were right, I had a second new PM. I've been cought driving for miles with a turn signal on, might need a name change to OldGeezer37.
