Damn that brings back some memories of my youth in Cincinnati working in a body shop in winter...I don't miss those days but I do understand that business definitely picks up in the winter months. Plus you get to use the cheaper fast dry reducers!

Prediction 90 for Monday. It was kinda nice for a while. It got down into the 50's for lows about 10 days ago. Good for opening up the windows, turning off the AC and airing out the house. Now the heat and humidity has returned. Still better than that cold as hell white **** that shuts down outside anything.

Just remember, you can always put on more clothes, but you can only be naked to a point

  7. You just need a good set of snow tires. Driving Hotrods in the snow is fun. :D

Now I am pissed that I p***ed on some shows this past summer, Oh well the heat is on in the garage and I can start to change the rear end housing and put in a proper windshield in the 32, so there is a light at the end of the snowfall.

There's only 2 in Motown, winter and construction!

About the snow, may I be the 1st diehard snowbiler to say, "YOU ****!!" I live for that all year. We ride in northern MI near Cadillac. Life begins at 8500RPMs. I mean really, 0 to 100+MPH in 600', who wouldn't think that's not fun? And for the record, my sleds both have a nice Rat Fink decal on em. Gotta spread the gospel everywhere, right?

I feel your pain. Scrambling to get those last minute projects done before we become the coldest place on earth again.

Woo Hoo!! It's finally time not to swelter in the shop! We can now drive roadsters and ride motorcycles without risk of instant death from heat prostration!!
