    Thanks Stephan:

That is very slick and I think I will steal the idea for a future project. With your permission of course.

Her's a pic of the ready parts for the filler

You can see the pipe that steer the lid thats a 12x1 and the pipe in the lid is a 10x1
so they fit perfect to each other.

And the neck have now the vent pipe (1/2"x .065") for easyer filling

I have put in the ventwindow in the door for testing

I must put in profiles in the rear too so the window can slid and they must be parallel with ventwindows profiles

The package try board have got the bracket on the back side. I have screw them with 7 pcs M4 screws each

    From the backside

They will help to hold the shape of the board

Test of the rear garnish molding they are made of stainless steel

    I made them from 6x1mm [.24"x.04"]pipe with 3,2mm [1/8"] tigthread inside
The tread is longer and goes in the holes in the roof side profiles and the pipe say ouside the profiles.

Ther's some adjustments necesary to do
The volvo 850 rear door window lifters are made for lift 230mm and i need 270 mm
So i have to grind litlle in the stops.
And i have som problems to for it is to tight tolerances on the plastic sleevs in sax ends.
