Customs My shoebox chop

    Her's my model of the ventwindows

    And now were it time for work on them

    Her's the parts i must glue togther

    I have to glue one part each time and let it dry

    her's outer bow on first drying

    And after 10 gluing sesions they are ready for newt step but they have to dry totaly berfor i grind and polish them ther will even be a canal to the side winwow grued to the outer bow

    Of course it fits!

    I wouldn't expect less.

    So I have been thinking about your pulse generator idea using the ring gear for your trigger wheel. I need to think more about it....Placement is going to be key to making it work.

    I am not sure if the "pulses" will be close enough together. Will the on/off or spikes induced be a frequency the receiver will be able to translate? If that makes sense....

    I will put the abs sensor on the rear part of top of the banjo so the it will trigg right

  5. Just found this thread, AMAZING work, you're doing things the majority would end up replacing with a solid or aftermarket part. What next, watching this one.

    I use the 2 laser cuters on my work and i'm engeer and can draw the parts by my self
    The matrial is stainless steel
    My job is a worlds biggest stelizer manufacter to hospital and pharmaceutical industri with customer all over the world. So stainless steel is the normal material on my job

    I worked little with my Granda axle with puting in a abs sensor as speed sensor

    I have made a hole for the sensor ans weld up a bit for the screw to the sensor

    Her have i put in the sensor i use the cronegear as trigger

    I hope it work with a peugoet 206 abs sensor as speed sensor and i have adjust it right

    not that anyone cares....haha...but my middle name is wynn and my mother got it from a billboard in indiana in 1968 on the way home from a family reunion. i'm named after wynn's friction proofing...pretty neat.

    how many wires is that sensor, 3 or 2?

    Do you have access to an oscilloscope?

    What is the lowest pulse input that your speedo box will work with?

    I have a 2 wire sensor and it make some result on a voltmeter
    I shall test the box with it se if it works with it
    I didn't find my instument with puls counter i belve somewone have lend it to car sound bulding

    2 wire will be great. The AC pulses as long as they are far enough apart to count as a pulse should work fine..

    Can you explain a little about glueing the stainless parts together? I suppose it´s some kind of industrial strength glue?

    I have used transperent epoxy glue but it not the best strength and it have a tendency to lose
    i belve sandblaster the parts before glueing would make wonder

    I have begin to think about how do with the r&p steering.

    Her have i put in place by a jack
    I think to rotate it little and use a adpter so i can use shorter steering bars and better angel to the steering shaft.
