    are these the ones?

    j.c. whitney jeep seats

the price is definitely right. i think i would need to check them out in person, instead of just seeing them float in cyber space.

Your car is raw and edgy and it might piss off some of the "good guys" crowd. I often find ones criticizing don't even have a damn car or whatever it is they are downgrading.. They drive a civic. go figure.
    Have fun with your car!

  21. Looks good to me!

Seems like anymore there is at least one dirt-bag running their mouth. When the criticizing begins, I recommend you ask them "Who built your car?":D

Besides, your car is a million times nicer than my POS 55!

    Hang in there!

thanks guys. 9 times out of 10 it's 1 of you guys saying something like that rather than the 1 dingleberry with some shit to talk. i could care less, i love this pile & it's coming together just like i planned (even though plans change). there's a ton of stuff i'd love to do to this car, but i can only do what time/$/ambition allow all while keeping it a driver, so i'm not "no-car-dork". which can be tough when your 9-5 6 days a week is a general repair mechanic keeping customer's ford escorts (& other assorted junks) going down the road for the least amount of $ possible. you get burnt out on turning a wrench. well, i do anyways.

nitrohonkey, aren't you building a 55 out of a pile of rust? much respect dude. that's an ambitious project, best of luck with it. makes me feel alot better about the rust work my car needs;)

  24. Definitely Merry Christmas to you, those wheels are swell! Did you put one on top of your tree instead of a star. I would have. but that's just me.

  25. P.s. thanks for the new desk top background...
