So I have been posting lots of questions about how do I do this how do I do that... Well here is where it sits today. The perimiter frame is complete with Radius Rod mounts already in place. I am custom building motor mounts since I didnt like the ones from the plans that I got. I will try and post more pictures later! Thought I should get something out here with what I am doing.

interesting, so just pressure/bending against form?

...and what does the acronym BFH stand for? unless it means the obvious, big f*cking headache. which is what i guess the process might be. :D

Yea that is pretty much it... BFH BIG F#C%ING HAMMER seems to work the best. It took about 35 min to wrap both sides but they are almost perfect the way the turned out!

Well done. I think I used the same basic plans about 36 years ago. Mine didn't come out that nice though.

That set of photos should be posted so that everytime someone asks about building a T bucket frame on the net they automaticlly pop up. they just need a simple "here folks, this is the way it is done. no bs and no nonsense.

So here is the side project I am working on to go along with this... I work a little on the frame and then a little on the motor... Keeps me busy and from getting frustrated at the little things!
