Had this for almost a month now. Plans call for a down low, buggy-sprung hot rod. It's in real nice shape for damn near a hundred years old!! Basically gonna restore the body. No chop, slight channel on a 2x4 frame.
Banjo rear, drop axle, hopefully the right kinda V8 and a 5 spd trans. Dark maroon (like the Peter Beater), light color interior, and somethin funky for a roof insert. Gonna take a while but I want it right.
As you can see, it fills up my 'garage' pretty good. But I have enough room to get around and also put it on caster to roll it outside.
You can also see we celebrated the new arrival with a few barley pops. Good times!

I also like the "no chop" look. I will watch this build for pictures.

Guess there will be a couple of Maroon T tudors around Flint, thats the color I was planning on for mine as well. Chances are yours will be on the road long before mine though, and my color choice will probably change a dozen more times before then.

Are you planning on an 8ba or 59ab?

Either or. Prefer a 59a but the 8ba's are easier to find. We'll see.

always liked the flat-tops! your pics just go to show you don't have to have a mega shop, makes my 1940s single car garage look huge by comparision. is that some kinda white gravel i see outside with a husky dog standing on it?

Snow!! And my Husky, Kinesis. I have a German Shorthair, too. Hot rods, family, dogs and my cat (KatZZilla) make my world.

That looks great. Is that even a T radiator shell on there? Very different and cool.

I can't wait to see this one come together!

^Tall Ts are cool! That's how I want to do my dad's '27 tudor if I ever get my hands on it. Funny how it's unusual to see the original grille on an early Ford, instead of a deuce grille.

Good to see you back at it Pete. That Cadillac just didn't do anything for your image.
might I assume that Frankie and Ruby will have custom seats in the back?

  26. Man that's refreshing. It seems like so many of em' are chopped to death these days. Nothin' cooler than a TALL T.
