Examples of the worn hinge halves. Otherwise, they were nice.

Used drysaw to cut off barrels

Machined new barrels out of 5/8" round & 1/4" reamed hole.

Had only 1 good hinge to make a holding fixture.

2 views of fixture which will hold the 3 different hinges.

Moving to the other half of hinge. I made a holder based on the 1 good hinge. This will be used to drill new holes.

Shots of ***embled pieces using a 1/4" shoulder bolt as the pin.

Made 3/16" thk nut plates to remount hinge to door. The hinge halves were welded on originally. This gives some adjustment.
    Thanks for looking.

    That's great!

Just last week I was wondering why no one had come up with some method of repairing these.

    Nice job.
