That tuck and roll on the boards really breaks it up and stands out. I agree about the best build on the HAMB that I have seen this year. Congrats!
That's the best compliment the car could get. Exactly what we were aiming for. The front tires rubbed the fender brace on a big bump, but I think we got that dialed in. The rears rub with a passenger in the back or a full tank of gas. We need to do some more tweaking there. A bit narrower rear and a different spring pack should solve that issue.
I know it's been a VERY long journey for you Adam. You're sure due. Jeff and everyone else did heroic work on the car. It's looks like it belongs on a Beach Boys or Jan and Dean album cover. Super happy for you and mega kudos for a gorgeous car. You need to get a few pics with the fabulous Stacy gracing the fenders.
Adam, i was honored to build it for you, i had a great time doing it. I did get some help along the way from Eric Pruess thirty-two here on the hamb helping out doing alot of the body work and my dad Rich Richb on the hamb also helping with body work and alot of finishing stuff near the end and thanks for staying up till 3 am to get it wired thursday night! we worked great together bouncing ideas back and forth off each other and it turned out awsome in the end. time for some summer driving and some more tweaking and tuning. jeff
Looks great! I could have sworn that thing was a year away from driving when I saw it two months ago... fast work!
So what are we building next!? I've got so many builds in my head, I could keep Jeff and I busy for a long time! Yes, lots of HAMBer and non-HAMBer help along the way with this one as stated in the build thread. I knew Titus was the guy for my build the first time I met him. Thankfully he was able to assemble a dream team of sorts to get this thing done for me. You and me both. Titus is a miracle worker!
