Thanks. I know you're right. Just not looking forward to it. I would like to hear some folks chime in about any additional grounds I should be making/checking.

Install a 12 volt meter between the negative battery post and the disconnected negative cable. Should be 0. Disconnect circuits one at a time if it reads 12v till it drops . Problem found. My guess is wire hooked up wrong or pinched when replaced. Did you remove and replace one wire at a time or strip and remove every thing?

I went at it in stages. But I didn't remove one wire at a time. I took out all the engine bay's and replaced it. Then the same with the interior. Then the same with the wires going from the brake switch to the tail lamps. But it really wouldn't have mattered if I went wire by wire. The way this thing was wired, that would have only made it more confusing. Like it had three relays (only came with/need one) somehow wired together with bare wires twisted around terminals and bare cut wires twisted together with no tape. Everything was crazy like that.

You don't just happen to have a digital multimeter with an Amps feature to at least 10 amps do you?

I do have one. I think I've got it figured out and fixed though. The battery is fully charged. I'm about to crank it up to see if the timing issue is resolved. I'll report back soon to see if I got the timing right as well as fixed the drain.

Thanks again for the help fellas. I really appreciate it.

Deader'n'hell. Where have you been? :D

I got the battery drain fixed. I cleaned up a couple of grounds and that's the end of that chapter. My timing was 180 out though. I had to do some "real" work, so resetting the timing will have to wait til tomorrow.

I really appreciate all the help. Thanks a lot.
