Here is the dash I am going to cut down for the touring. We have lots of guesses as too its lineage. I am going to cut it down and use it, just want to know iffin I am chopping up a Dusenberg part
It looks kinda similar to the Studebaker Dictator dash I put in my '29 A Coupe. The dish in as well as the rib across the top are almost exact. The gauge panel and the slight drop in the lower center are different though. Does it have a big old heavy mount onthe back that the column and pedals might have mounted to? I'd guess it's from about 1927 to 1929.

OK. so if all I do is piss off the Studie guys thats fine. I consider that sport!!!!! So, is this Stude?
This looks very similar to a Studebaker pickup dash that I have; I don't know what year it is though. I found just the pickup cowl in a tangle of briars on an old farm and cut it out. There was a brass tag on the dash that said "Body built by Studebaker" so that is how I know the marque. I am planning on sectioning it to go in my '26 roadster (the next project after my '26 Tudor). I think the dash has an Auburn look to it and the top curve seems to fit the T cowl pretty well.
