Aaaaah, you HAVE been working! I thought you were sitting inside drinking tea and smoking while you waited for the temperature to get above 20C. Just kidding mate. A 32 roadster eh? High on my to do list as well. Weather here is probably the same as it is on the other side of the channel. Damn cold.
How have I missed this thread... it's awesome. What I really hate about it though... is it's just another one of those threads that shows just how little talent i have compared to most other folks. Makes me sick, or determined to get better...no... going with sick... and determined (Dammit !!) Love this this. Keep on keep'n on man!!!
Maybe not Steve, if you lived in socal, myself and probably a few more HAMBers would be bugging you too much LOL Hey were you serious a few pages back about making Willys bodies?
Mark I already make the coupe body's but I have access to a pickup shell, I already have the frontend off the coupe moulds so I'm very tempted to do a pickup mould. . Posted from the TJJ App for iPhone & iPad
Haha, you've shown us all this super cool stuff over the years, and NOW you're getting a mill... LOLOL....
Langy, So there is more to you. You are not only a excellent and imaginative fabricator but you build repro Willys bodies ! Wild man, just wild. You must also be very tied up with all these projects. Wish you all the best in you businesses also. Dave
Well my tame laminator builds the bodies Dave, My car is sort of a rolling advert for what i can supply and what i can do. There is no bondo in my body as I wanted prospective customers to see it for what it is. Thanks for you kind words mate, hope things are good for you. .
Hey Steve, I realized a couple things going thru the WHOLE thread again, one is no matter how many times I go thru it all, I always come away thinking, WOW what a great idea! and two, its almost your birthday, happy birthday in advance!
I had to go and dig out your thread as I was curious if you had fired the Caddy up yet. I forgot you are in winter over there and the Willys is a driveway project. Hope the back is feeling better, Steve. I hear Cider is a muscle relaxant. Don
Hi Don, yeah have rested all over easter and been administering Cider in copious amounts and guess what ! I awoke this morning and my back is almost back to good to go, amazing !!!
Was just killing time waiting for it to warm up outside , and found your build thread, GREAT WORKMANSHIP ,,Car looks great ,,,,, Tim Jones
You must live in a nice neighbourhood - even though the neighbours are a bit afraid of me and the kids in the park know me as the cranky old ******* (I'm 43!) I would be afraid to leave that in my driveway without a *****y Rotweiller chained to it!
Did someone mention that you were having a very special birthday today Steve? I guess you would be working away as normal though.
See you now have let the cat out the bag Shaun, yep the big 60 has arrived First time ever but actually took a day off
Hi Langy.Still following along. You sir are a superb fabricator/builder.Glad to hear the back is getting better.BTDT. Good luck.Have fun.Be safe. Leo
