Mystery bumpers ?

    Ok gang here's a set of bumpers I acquired recently in the back of a 59 Brookwood I bought. They are obviously a set of front and rear,but what the heck are they from. They have the brackets as well. I guess I would part with them as well. Good answer! To add a challenge I accidentally took the pics on the iPad upside down. Oops!

  2. The appear to be made of clear plastic. On a white background its hard to tell.... but I would guess about a 1917 Edsel.

    purlely a guess , but the cut out in the guard --maybe 40-50 Ford?

    1949 - 50 Mercury.
    The 1951 Mercury had a completely different bumper.
