    Hi Folks;
    THis is Leo in NM.
    First time on this site so help. Anyone have any information related to the car shown in photos. Especially related to who the cast name inside is
    Meador. I juined as I saw a posting where somone said " and he gave the car to somone for Meldors collection'. Wondered if that is the same name, and any information on Meador car.I will trty and find my way back here, but if not my email is. comway@zianet.com if you have any info;;

  2. Can't help you ID the car, but try the search function with "tether car" or "spindizzy" in the search. These types of cars have been discussed here many times.

    The car in your photos looks like a 1947 McCoy Teardrop.

    It's a teardrop, but it's not a McCoy or a Matthews. It has mcCoy wheels and tires but the rest is totally different. It's either cast by someone with that name (embossed) or one rare car. I have never seen one exactly like this. Does the motor have any markings? Nice find! Kenny.
