Hot Rods Mystery Hood side and grill shell

Got this in a parts lot, supposedly some sort of Mopar but I have yet to confirm it.
BTW the grill shell doesn not match up to the hood side. I think this their from two different makes.
The hood/hoodside has 34 louvers.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I think the grill shell is 33-34 chevrolet and the hood is maybe 35ish ford pickup?

36 Ford pick up has holes for the V8 emblem in the front of louvers, 35 has them in the middle of the hood side. 33-4 mopar could be it? tt

 

Looks like a 35 Chevy Master grill. Don't know on the hood.
