Technical Mystery Part

Well, at least to me anyway. Came with a bunch of model A parts, but I suspect it's for something other. It's about 44" long; nice rolled edge on the side opposite the bolt holes. What say you?

That's the rear valance from a Rolls Knardly. It rolls down one hill and can hardly make it up the next one.

No. You all have it wrong. It is the opened container for a muffler bearing. We now know who never replaced one before.
