Hot Rods Mystery sticker need help identifying

Can anyone tell me what this sticker is? Looks like it's Mopar related but I can't confirm. Some people have said it's similar to a Gabriel Hijackers shock detail. Thanks in advance.

I think the hijacker guy is a little different, but it might have changed over the years also.

 

yeah I'm not sure they are related. It really has a Mopar look to me but the "equipped" might not make sense on a Mopar car. That makes it sound like some accessory or add on.
