Technical Mystery vacuum switch/button on lower dash of 1947 Fleetmaster

  3. My '47 is almost too rusty to fool with.... I wish I still had all the cars I owned. You tend to forget the bad and remember the good. I admire people who have a bunch of cars - wish I could do that! And the car in the pic behind the Chevy - what is that????

    I'm pretty sure that has to be on for that 327 Flywheel to line up on the other thread.

    Caster may be a small angle, but it has a big effect on steering effort. Go too far positive and you have hard steering.
