I recently bought a fiat bodied funnycar with a tunnel rammed bbc, enderle hat injection and am in the process of dropping in the msd distributor to get this thing lit. Where should I set timing at? 40° too much? What about the distributor advance? Lock it out and use an msd retard for starting or just set the advance to come in really quick? Base timing ?°, total timing?° I'm new to the methanol game so please keep an eye on this thread if you have some experience to lend as I will have more questions as I get deeper into this thing. Thanks.
We run our injected alcohol altered at 36 degrees, it is a magneto, advance comes in below idle speed to make it easier to start
