mmmm.....TORQUE........ 425 is legendary but becoming hard to find. Starting to be like the 390 FE's. Most people say they found a 425 and it's a 401. (many that thought they had a 390 really had 360's) I know for a fact that a mild 401 with some head work can put down over 325#'s at idle and crest 400 HP with a good intake manifold. Not bad for unleaded gas. Mike
