   Hello
   Has anyone had any experience on putting a 264 nailhead into a 47 ford ?
   It has a cragar bell housing adapter to 39 Ford transmission, is a 47 gearbox same fitting as a 39 ? And does the starter get in the way being on the left ?
   Any help appreciated

   If it were me I'd use a 322 Nailhead its the same size as a 264 with lots more power.
