They should bolt up. Intakes are different due to the deck height, but you oughtta be able to run the 401 headers on 322, so long as they fit your ch***is, of course!
The ports are round on your engine, and rectangular on the '57-'66 heads. There will be a mismatch, and I'm not sure how well the gaskets would seal. Headers aren't cool if they make your engine sound like an old tractor.
