Very few american cars had the front fender lights and based on what I think is a Packard tail light, I think it is about a 1930 Packard.

I'd guess 1930ish Packard or other luxury cabriolet going by lights on fenders and size of car itself, looks to be 6 wheel equipped with an additional spare on road side fender. Conventional doors and not suicide doors

  6. Not Packard headlights or hood/radiator shell shape- looks more like Minerva or Durant?

Hood lines and radiator shell don't look like Packard. Franklin? (Mac beat me to it)

Everything looks like a 1929-31 Packard until you look at the grille shell, may be Studebaker President. Bob
