My first instint was possibly AMC or annother X-brand. But I'm thinking mid to late 60s GM large platform car.

Any part numbers visible? If it is Ford, you will be able to tell what it's from by de-coding the part number.

All the amc's used the spring on top of the upper arm also... My best guess would be 1972 torino. They had the spring down low and used strut rods..

the uppers look the same as pacer but the lowers on a pacer are actually an "a" arm not a single control

Upon further review i am 99% certain that you have a 72-76 Thunderbird/Torino/Ranchero/LTD. Possibly the same all the way to 79.
    Almost guaranty it.

With that part number I think I would start looking at GM applications.

Hey brother, you let me down being the front end guru, but at least you was on the right track...
The AMC Pacer front end actually looks like a nice set up eh...
