o do i have to get in on this one. i work in a used car dealer as a service writer/service manager in training all around *****. i order all the parts for the shop. we order aprox 12,000 a month in parts. we just **** canned napa the one fat hack was going to work at infact. service is the worst delivier times are far to long of a wait. and parts are nevre right. not one guy manager included knows cars. if u do not have application ready to give them 15 times in a row then your ****ed. now we switched over to autozone. same deal just parts get to us faster. they are more then likley the wrong parts since i think the job asked that u not be able to read numbers in the correct order. i have one good parts store by my house. its a auto value. been here for 60 years. and its been family owned and run all 60. u walk in there and u get helped. there is a guy there i allways deal with his names john. best damn parts guy u will ever find! when i ever i walk in he knows im looking for some odd ball part for whatever weird swap im trying to perform that week. they allways have every thing in stock. i went there last summer told him i needed a upper rad hose for my 50 chevy with a 216. doesnt touch a book or a damn computer! walks into the back comes out with a stock molded hose for a 54 year old car!! i was amazed. i will be sad next month when i move 50miles away. and one more note id like to add. how is a big chain store that does x amount of dollars a day in buisness not going to have a god damn valve cover gasket set for a sbc in stock? i dont get it. the problem is computers yea with out them we would not have this place but.. for christ sake get some damn common sense to go with your typing skills u know. and if your going to be dealing with people all day i think u should learn how to listen. im so sick of starting off the phone conversation with hi this is Bryan from blah blah were working on a 1996 dodge intrepid with a 3.5 and i need a ****x. then as soon as im done.. ok what year? 96 what kinda car is it? u gte the point. im preety much just saying what every one else has said.. but i had to vent since i deal with these low grade parts jockeys all damn day and they make my life a living hell. what ever happend to costomer service?? sorry i cant spell worth a damn Bryan
