I 'm needing to have a pair of AR 8 inch Sprints narrowed 1 inch on the backside. Any suggestions? I used to use Vaughn Machine in CA but I was told he retired? Trying to get a pair of rear wheels that will work under the deuce tudor I gave my son. Can't seem to find a pair of used/polished 7 inch Halibrand sprints 4.5 BP which would be perfect.

Have you tried to contact Eric? Maybe call Pwood at SoCal and see if he knows whether Eric would do them for you.

Give em a shout. Never seen anything but good work from these folks. Been around a minute too, so there's that;)

Quick edit, they did 3 pairs of wheels for me over the years and I can't even recall how many of my fellow racers and rodders have used em, never heard a bad review.

Highlander. Checked Weldcraft . $175 per wheel to narrow 1 inch. 6-8 week lead time. Thanks

Maybe Bruce's, who reworked your wire wheels, has the capability for alloy.

Got a pair of unpolished 15X8 American Rebel Sprints headed to Vaughn Machine where Eric will take one inch out of the back which I need done for a clearance problem. Eric will send them to the polisher AR uses and eventually I'll have them. That's the plan. Hopefully everything will happen as I described it?

That works, I'd imagine that Eric is pretty much on the same line that you are now, will do a few special projects but wants time to to the stuff he didn't get to do putting in those long days trying to keep up with orders.
