O YEA people like you are very aware of it's WORTH. nate believe me someone realy want's that P/U for their business. especialy when it's already finished. that's your retirement fund my H.A.M.B. brother. I'll bet you phone is already ringing...POP.
that old truck is turning around for the better, I was out working on mine this morning, labors of love
Drove it some yesterday, that Pacer front end is a bit of a dinosaur, I know.. but man it drives nice! I'm on the hunt for some cool 15" hubcaps now.
that's an awesome truck nate. love it. hope i get to see it at the drags. does the tailgate open all the way with the fuel filler neck there?
Thanks! I really hope to have it at the drags. The filler could be cut down the tailgate just touches it when it''s on the chains, you can sit on it though (which is what it's for right?)
Do you have any side pictures showing how far back the fenders are on the running boards ? I'm trying to fit a ****py made tilt front on mine and the back of the hood needs cut back. I don't remember if my orginal was flush at fender and front tip of running boards and maybe the fender goes back to the rocker corner?
My kind of truck, (altho I'd probly not painted the cab)..that looks like a real solid ol truck, turned out nice,...I'd shorten that gas filler neck tho, and maybe hide it with a fold-down (hinged) licence plate maybe, even if you have to notch out the top of the bumper a bit to do it. ..just a thot. Nice truck! ...got any interior shots now?
the cab would not have been painted but the rust that's on the top of the fenders and hood was much worse on the top of the cab so I'd have been wearing a raincoat if I left it. As it is it's a great driver so I'm just enjoying it as it is.
