I could use some measurements on stock 36 ford springs...

I need to know what the eye to eye measurement is on the front and rear springs, un-loaded and out of the car.(not bolted to anything)

I could also use the measurement off of a stock 36 rear end, with radius rods attached, I need to know what the radius rod shackle hole to shackle hole is.

Any of these measurements would be a great big help, thanks in Advance.

    Try Wescotts website or catalog.

Thanks for the tip, they have lots of good frame measurements, but couldn't find any spring stuff.
Anyone else have any ideas where I could look?

  5. Try the 35/36 Ford book from the Early V8 club. Tons of good info.

One last try before I go book hunting. Anyone have any springs out of their car they could quickly measure?

    Weemark,
That would be great! I just bought a handfull of N.O.S. ford springs from an old ford dealership at a swap meet, and I know one of them will fit my 36. Having an exact eye to eye measurement of one out of the car will help me quickly narrow them down.

    Thanks Again,
