   I have a Classic Instruments dash gauge from about 2006.
   I use this type sender in the '32 fuel tank:
   www.isspro.com/page_Level_Fuel_Senders.php
   
   Gauge reads accurately from full to empty. 50k+ miles
   
   Just order the longest tube that will fit in tank, with the correct ohm range for your gauge. Very easy.
