Am thinking about buying a car from Calif.and having it shipped to Pa.Does any body have a good shipper to recomend? Thanks Phil
X2 Good folks and will treat your car like it is his own, well all except for the driving and wrenching part.
I've heard of people using Uship.com. It's a site where people 'bid' on shipping stuff for you. That'd be a crapshoot compared to some of the transporters on here, but it's an option at least.
I did a Uship quote for an OT car I sold and months later I still had companies calling trying to bid on my shipping! What a pain... Last thing I needed shipped, I had BenD haul it and I don't regret it one bit!! Shoot him a PM, you won't get a better deal, or better care from the "big" shippers.
http://www.sundayautotransport.com/ Pa guy. We used this company to ship a car from PA to California. Very pleased on both ends of the shipping
Thanks Sean I am always available to haul for a fellow HAMBer My latest schedule is posted here: @ http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=265570&highlight=transport Jim
I used Horseless Carriage to move a car from cali to NYC. They were not cheap but the service was perfect
