Customs need a lil help

i have a 51 chevy sedan delivery and im wondering if the dog house from a 53 or 54 chevy will fit? the reason is i cant find a good front end for a 51 but i know where several 53's and 4's are. thanks for looking all input is greatly appreciated

 

I think you can use 49-52 without problem but not 53-54.

Serious question here .... what is this "dog house" you are talking about?

I always thought the removable engine cover in a van (basically between the seats/under the dash) was called a dog house.

 

I always called the front sheet metal ***embly a clip.

 

Lol we have always called the front a dog house and a clip we call the front suspension i guess everyone has there own lingo for cars
