Technical Need a little help with Skirt install 48 Ford

I've searched around a while, I see a bunch of threads on skirts vs no skirts, what skirts fit what, where to buy skirts, but nothing about the installation of skirts. I picked up a pair of skirts for my 1947 Ford coupe, but they are missing hardware to bolt the bottoms to the car and a rubber seal? Can someone post a picture of what I'm missing and give an idea of what I can get or use in substitution of what's missing to install these skirts. Thanks in advance. And if I overlooked a thread, feel free to post the link, but I'm not finding an answer.
