Did anyone hear what happened to this one?

FWIW, I was doing some CL surfing this morning and found a few '52-'56 Fords that seem relatively inexpensive. Most are project cars but affordable. Spent about an hour looking around and I know I didn't find all that are listed but if anyone's interested here's the link to the CL social group: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/group.php?groupid=227

I don't know any of the listers/posters so no ulterior motives here ;) other than to let folks know what I found...

I wish he lived closer to me . I really like that body style and sound cheap enough !
We never get those kind of deals over here where I live !

Jeff , I love wagons to start with BUT that is just more work to get everything fixed . The tail gates are usually fun to get parts for . I still wouldn't mind having another wagon . I have owned many over the years and wagons make killer g***ers too !

I just looked that wagon up in Glendale and that is a STEAL for the $500 ! Well worth the price . That would be a shame if the guy takes it to the s**** yard for the money ! Someone has to save this one from the crusher ! If I lived closer I would have to talk the wife into that wagon somehow .
I really hope someone buys it !

How about a 1953 Fordor Customline? I have one car and another parts car that I retained the entire interior, 4 doors, trunk and hood from. Good body needs front p***enger footwell pulled out but floor is solid and typical wheelwell patches. Pics at http://www.craigtone.com under vehicles. It is the black one. Would take $1000 OBO.
