Projects Need advice on grill for a t-bird

Have a 62 t-bird and I'm having all the chrome re-done. The grill insert is what i have questions about. Its aluminum and part of it is painted black with little squares that are i ***ume polished. The aluminum is dull and don't want it to stick out with all the other new chrome.

1. Do I ... can I chrome it
2. Powder coat (problem is it would be just one color)

 

You can get aluminum chromed or you can polish it.
