Does anyone know of any Old Junkyards within 150mi of Tulsa, Ok? My sources in SE Kansas and SW Missouri are now gone.
Try Easy Jacks In Junction City Kansas. Pricey- but they still have alot of stuff. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=312402&highlight=easy+jacks
There is an excellent place SE of Springfield MO in Cabool Mo called Johns Auto Salvage. If you need any part from nearly any vehicle, you will find it here. I believe this is the largest yard in the seven states we have been searching over the past 10 years. Type Johns auto salvage Cabool, MO into mapquest and view satellite.....Unbelievable!
Peru,KS, man. Its on the southside of K-166. Yes the big one that looks like a parking lot. http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q...code_result&ct=title&resnum=1&ved=0CBMQ8gEwAA
it's a bit beyond your mileage limit, but don't forget Owens Auto salvage in Wellington, Tx. Bob is also an alliance vendor.
A year ago we took a road trip to Ok. looking for old iron. a couple of guys knew of a lot of iron but we never got back there. funny tho, when we found stuff they would say thats rusted out, its no good !!!! we took it home and welded a patch in it!!
