Need Avatar Help!!

Can someone size this pic for me? I want to use it in my Avatar.

How do ya size them and keep some clarity. See how bad mine is. Vince Crane drew this for me (and sells copies on eBay). It's supposed to look like this. Can you size it or preferably tell me how to. I'm pretty good at photoshop.

I had the same problem... you have to make the avatars perfectly square...yours was off...let me know how this works out - kyle

 

Thanks roadster, I think squaring it helped but I still had to reduce it let than 80pix x 80 pix at at 72 pix/inch that made it 19K and they only allow 7K now. We'll see how it looks now.
